Shipping: Once we have received your order, we will make every effort to ship it within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary, and it may take up to 10-15 business days for your package to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and have all tags intact. We kindly ask that you return the item in the same sellable condition that it was sent to you in.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at estore@theeasternloom.com or +91 783 890 0901before the 14-day period expires.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — within 5–7 business daysof receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us by emailing estore@theeasternloom.com or calling +91 783 890 0901. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it and issue a refund straight away.
Refunds: After we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used during the initial purchase, and it typically takes around 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
