If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible by emailing at estore@theeasternloom.com or call +91 783 890 0901, if your order has not yet been shipped we can cancel your order and issue a refund straight away. If it has been dispatched then please allow for the item to arrive then return it to us to C 6 Janhit Apartment, Sector 9, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi-110085, India and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the goods, providing they are in the same sellable state that they were sent to you in.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
